Sample Specifications - Valve

N/A All Electric Actuator offering three outputs of 360"/lb., 530 "/lb. or 796"/lb. torque ratings. All output through hardened steel planetary gear. Actuators shall have reversing rotation of 10, 14 or 30 second rotation speed for 90-degree travel, rotation of up to 180 degrees is fully configurable.

All units operate in complete open / close positioning. Actuator utilizes smart card power supply technology and accepts 24VAC/VDC thru 240 VAC supply voltages. Units to include 2 fully adjustable end of travel switches rated at 250vac 3 amps. Unit includes multicolor LED status indicator providing multiple operational and diagnostic status conditions. Thermal overload protection included. 4 SPDT Micro Limit Switches standard. DIN hook ups for easy connection.

Manual override is stand via external hand wheel accompanied by a high visibility 360-degree view indicator. Actuator to have automatic / manual declutching lever. Anti-Condensation Heater to be standard. All external hardware and drive socket are from SS. Control options include open/close, jog configuration as well as modulating control configurations. Failsafe battery backup solutions are available as a modular option.

Mounting base per ISO5211 F03/F05/F04 or F07 compliant utilizing a 14mm square female drive. Enclosure shall be made of Glass Filled Polypropylene material and NEMA 4/4X rated. Operating temperature range of -20 to +158°F (-290°C to 70°C) and 0-95% humidity. Actuators to be have CE Mark.

All Electric actuators shall be ECP Series as manufactured by Hayward Flow Control Model and shall carry a Global three (3) year.
